Your guide/driver/coach has a name that only Icelanders can pronounce, it is Þormóður Garðar Símonarson. Born and raised on the peninsula Snæfellsnes, Thor has learned to use the energy of nature to aid inner work.

Like many Icelanders he has had numerous jobs in his life. He has also built his house, written three books and traveled the world to some extend. He has received training in energy healing, live coaching and hypnosis.

Thor is passionate about self development, protecting our nature, planting trees and making the world a slightly better place.
