This private tour combines nature, self development, meditation and wonderful stories. Leaves behind emotional baggage and brings you closer to a more content, fulfilled and happier life.


    This one is a lot more than a day tour. We’d begin in Reykjavik early in the morning, maybe just as you arrive in Iceland. An hour later we’d stop for breakfast in a bakery in Borgarnes (they bake everything on location, from scratch). About 30 min after getting back on the road there is bathing in a natural, warm pool in a lava field. The pool is small, it only has space for two people (three if they are really good friends). It is popular but at that time in the morning there is a good chance to get in alone.


    Our next stop would be a hike on a mountain top. Hiking boots and appropriate clothing are necessary. There is sandstone with incredible formation and a view over a big fjord with countless islands. It would be wild to skip Kirkjufell, almost the most famous mountain on the peninsula. After Kirkjufell we’d visit a lovely family restaurant and then a visit to the end of the peninsula Snæfellsnes. We’ll stop by a waterfall on our way to my house.


    In the afternoon, while sipping tea and watching the fire in the wood burning stove, you would make a list of keywords for some emotional baggage. Do Not Make The List Before Arriving. The list would be names of people, places or circumstances. I would recommend at least five items for the list but not more than twenty. I would then prepare you to release any emotional blockages connected to the words on the list.


    I then take you to your accommodation. I would recommend Hotel Budir, where you can have dinner and an evening to your liking. 


    The next morning I’d pick you up (again before breakfast) for a light hypnosis session back home. During the session I would read out each item on our list and you will tell me where in the body there is resonance. I will clear each blockage and repeat the item on the list until your (emotional) body is neutral. In that manner we will go through the list and neutralize it.


    After breakfast we’d visit a black pebble beach for a guided meditation to further cement in the effects from our morning sessions. 


    We’ll visit Hellnar and Arnarstapi, between those locations there is a wonderful hike on the edge of a lava field by the Atlantic ocean. Heading back to Reykjavik we would make a detour to Hraunfossar (my favorite waterfalls in Iceland), have a late lunch and finally bathe in geothermal hot water of Krauma.
